GoLive was created in 1998 by Jules Varnham to meet the growing demand for no-nonsense consultancy for businesses convinced they should be using CRM software, but uncertain how to maximise its potential.

A qualified software engineer, she has developed an unrivalled understanding of how businesses use software systems and naturally how to optimise businesses through appropriate use of excellent internal and software systems.

With over 20 years consultancy and training experience on a number of large and mid-sized ERP and CRM applications including Siemens, Peoplesoft and NetSuite.

This specifically includes over eight years cloud computing / SaaS project management, consultancy and training experience with Netsuite ERP, CRM and OneWorld.

Jules Varnham also has an excellent understanding of pre sales engagement along with scoping and costing consultancy requirements for software sales and professional services.

Her associates at GoLive also share her formidable grasp of the implementation life cycle and business solution design and an innate insight into implementation project risks and how best to manage them.

Passionate about helping businesses, Jules Varnham is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner and uses her expertise to help correctly structure and manage implementing business solutions.
